RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
WITH THE IOWA CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Cooperative Agreement dated March 15, 2010, to ensure
an efficient, effective, and coordinated State -Local civil rights
enforcement partnership for Fiscal Year 2010, by and between the
Iowa Civil Rights Commission and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2010.
