Black Hawk County Notice is hereby given Mat on the thth
day of October 2023,at 5:30 p.m.,in the
Harold E.Getty Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,a
public hearing will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,for the sale
and conveyance of city-owned property to
Steven and Yvonne Smith,in the amount
of$5,000.00,with a Development Agree-
ment and Development Grant of
$5,000.00, located south of 437 Norris
Waterloo, City of- Legals Court, for the construction of a new
single-family home, legally described as
follows:

WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
715 MULBERRY ST. IOWA, SUBJECT TO THE RETENTION
OF AN EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH
FOR PUBLIC
WATERLOO IA 50703 UTILITIES ANDEREOF PUBLIC SOUND WALL
MAINTENANCE.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date

set for said hearing.
