PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
said City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed plans, specifications, form
of contract,and estimate of cost for the
Waterloo, City of- Legals construction of the above-described im-
provement project at 5:30 pm on the 16th
day of October 2023,said hearing to be
Accounts Payable held in the Harold E. Getty Council
Chambers in City Hall in said City.The
proposed plans, specifications, form of
715 MULBERRY ST. contract, and estimate of cost for said
improvements heretofore prepared by the
WATERLOO IA 50703 City of Waterloo are now on file in the
office of the City Clerk for public
examination, and any person interested
therein may file written objection thereto
with the City Clerk before the date set for
said hearing, or appear and make
