Notice is hereby given that on the 16th
day of October 2023,at 5:30 p.m.in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa,to approve a request by
DLG Investments (Gray Transportation)
for a Site Plan Amendment for an
employee parking lot in the "M-2,P"
Planned Industrial District located east of
Waterloo, City of- Legals 2459 GT Drive, legally described as
follows:
