Notice is hereby given that on the 16th
day of October,2023,at 5:30 p.m.in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo,Iowa,to approve the request by
the City of Waterloo to vacate a ten-foot
by seventy-five-foot Sanitary Sewer Ease-
ment at Becker Elementary School in the
"R-2" One and Two Family Residence
Waterloo, City of- Legals District, located at 1239 Sheldon Street,
legally described as follows:
THE PLATTED 10' EASEMENT CEN-
Accounts Payable TERED ON THE COMMON LINE BE-
TWEEN LOTS 3 AND 5, IN BLOCK 4,
715 MULBERRY ST. ALABAR HILLS, CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
WATERLOO IA 50703 said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date
set for said hearing.
