Notice is hereby given that on the 16th
day of October,2023,at 5:30 p.m.in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo,Iowa,to approve the request by
the City of Waterloo to vacate,sell,and
convey city-owned right-of-way located
east of 1239 Sheldon Street at Becker
Elementary School, to the Waterloo
Community Schools, in the amount of
Waterloo, City of- Legals $1.00,legally described as follows:
