RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH VISION
IOWA BOARD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated March 15, 2010, for River Enhancement
Community Attraction and Tourism (RECAT) grant in the amount of
$135,000.00, with $50,000.00 local match, for Mark's Park and
Performance Structure, by and between the Vision Iowa Board and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2010.
