RESOLUTION NO. 2010-201
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR TRANSFER
OF LIFT STATION WITH DEERE & COMPANY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated March 15, 2010, for transfer of
ownership of the storm water pump station located at the
intersection of Westfield Avenue and Black Hawk Creek, by and
between Deere & Company of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2010.
