RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM PETERSON
CONTRACTORS, INC. OF REINBECK, IOWA, FOR THE
F.Y. 2010 SALVAGED ASPHALT CRUSHING, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO.
785.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract of Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Reinbeck,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 2010 Salvaged Asphalt Crushing, Contract No.
785, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 15t
day of March, 2010, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by Travelers
Casualty and Surety Company of America of Hartford, Connecticut,
as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2010.
