RESOLUTION DEDICATING THREE (3) SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENTS IN GREENBELT CENTRE
DEVELOPMENT AREA, SOUTH OF WEST RIDGEWAY
AVENUE, AND EAST OF GREYHOUND DRIVE NEAR
HIGHWAY 63 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
Exhibit "A"
That part of the Northeast Fractional Quarter of
Section Six (6), Township Eighty -Eight (88) North,
Range Thirteen (13) West of the 5th Principal Meridian,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 3 Greenbelt
Centre Plat No. 3, said point lying on the South right-
of-way line of Athens Drive; thence North 00028146"
West 60.00 feet along the East line of Greenbelt Centre
Plat No. 3 to the Northerly right-of-way line of Athens
Drive; thence North 89031110" East 1001.12 feet to the
Westerly right-of-way line of Titan Trail as platted
per Deer Creek Plat No. 2; thence South 00028150" East
60.00 feet along said right-of-way line; thence South
89031110" West 1001.12 feet to the point of beginning.
The Northerly right-of-way line of Athens Drive was
assumed to bear North 89031110" East for purpose of
this description, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.

That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter and that part of the Northeast Fractional
Quarter, all in Section Six (6), Township Eighty -Eight
(88) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the 5th
Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said section;
thence North 89027109" East 268.70 feet along the South
line of said quarter section to the Easterly right-of-
way line of Greyhound Drive; thence Northwesterly 33.10
feet along said right-of-way line along a curve concave
Easterly having a radius of 576.62 feet and a long
chord bearing North 24051103" West 33.09 feet to the
point of beginning, said point lying on the Northerly
line of a sanitary sewer easement described in Ease
Book 4 Page 928 in the office of the Black Hawk County
Recorder; thence 228.73 feet along said right-of-way
along a curve concave Easterly having a radius of
576.62 feet and a long chord bearing North 11050'33"
West 227.24 feet; thence North 00028146" West along
said right-of-way 139.00 feet; thence North 89031118"
East 291.11; thence North 35013'06" East 1293.13 feet
to the Southwesterly line of Greenbelt Centre Plat No.

feet; thence South 35013106" West 1318.77 feet; thence
South 89031118" West 286.75 feet to a point 30 feet
normally distant from the Easterly right-of-way line of
Greyhound Drive; thence South 00028'46" East 89.00
feet; thence Southeasterly 229.39 feet along a curve
concave Easterly having a long chord bearing South

existing sanitary easement; thence South 89027109" West
along said North line 32.66 feet to the point of
beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.

corner of Lot 4 Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 3; thence
North 89031110" East along the South line of said Lot
30.00 feet; thence South 00028146" East 1805.86 feet;
thence South 89031118" West 30.00 feet to the point of
beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for sanitary sewer easement
purposes.
