RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM #1 TO AGREEMENT
WITH AMENT, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID ADDENDUM BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Addendum #1 to Agreement dated March 15, 2010, for an
increase to the maximum payable engineering services amount of
$6,500.00, in conjunction with traffic safety improvements at
U.S. 63 and Ridgeway Avenue, U.S. 218 and 18t Street/Williston
Avenue, by and between Ament, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2010.
