RESOLUTION NO. 2023-654
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2022 ICAIF AIRLINE
PASSENGER TERMINAL BUILDING - PARKING LOT
CANOPY PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Airport Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid documents, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the FY 2022 ICAIF Airline Passenger Terminal Building - Parking Lot
Canopy Project, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said specifications, bid documents, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2022 ICAIF Airline Passenger Terminal Building -
Parking Lot Canopy Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October 16, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2022 ICAIF Airline Passenger Terminal Building - Parking Lot Canopy Project., are
hereby approved, and said project proceeds in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October 2023.
