ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE "R-2" ONE AND TWO
FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT, LOCATED AT 1239
SHELDON STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
That a ten-foot by seventy-five-foot Sanitary Sewer Easement at Becker Elementary School
in the "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District, located at 1239 Sheldon Street, and legally
described as follows:
THE PLATTED 10' EASEMENT CENTERED ON THE COMMON LINE
BETWEEN LOTS 3 AND 5, IN BLOCK 4, ALABAR HILLS, CITY OF
WATERLOO,BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED and PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: October 16,2023
WAIVED 2nd CONSIDERATION: October 16, 2023
