WAY, LOCATED EAST OF 1239 SHELDON STREET AT
BECKER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SUBJECT TO THE
RETENTION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT OVER,
UNDER, UPON, AND ACROSS SAID ENTIRE PARCEL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
That Linbud Lane right-of-way, located east of 1239 Sheldon Street at Becker Elementary
School, and legally described as follows:
THE EAST 10 FEET OF THE NORTH 630 FEET OF THE SOUTH 660 FEET OF
LOT NO. 28, LITTLEFIELD ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the retention of a public utility easement over,
under, upon, and across said entire parcel.
