INVESTMENTS (GRAY TRANSPORTATION) FOR A SITE
PLAN AMENDMENT FOR AN EMPLOYEE PARKING LOT IN
THE "M-2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT LOCATED
EAST OF 2459 GT DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
That the request of DLG Investments (Gray Transportation) for a Site Plan Amendment for
an employee parking lot in the"M-2,P"Planned Industrial District located east of 2459 GT Drive,
and legally described as follows:
THE NORTH 126 FEET OF LOT 11,EXCEPT THE EAST 95 FEET THEREOF,
OF THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 3, CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
shall be and is hereby approved.
INTRODUCED and PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: October 16, 2023
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: October 16,2023
