BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
That the request of 3 Stooges, LLC, for a Site Plan.Amendment for a new 8,980 square foot
commercial building in the"M-2, P"Planned Industrial District located south of 4050 Leversee
Road, and legally described as follows:
THE SOUTH 145.15 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 2, WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL
PARK 2ND ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
STATE OF IOWA
shall be and is hereby approved.
