VENTURE FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR A NEW
6,618 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL BUILDING AND A
FUTURE 6,000 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION LOCATED IN THE
"B-P" BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT LOCATED NORTH OF
3151 TITAN TRAIL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
That the request of A&K Venture, for a Site Plan Amendment for construction of a new
6,618 square foot commercial building and a future 6,000 square foot addition located in the"B-P"
Business Park District, located north of 3151 Titan Trail, and legally described as follows:
LOT 1, GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO. 2,EXCEPT PARCEL"F"
THEREOF ACCORDING TO PLAT OF SURVEY FILED 3/28/2016 AS
DOC.NO. 2016-16188 AND PARCEL"H"THEREOF ACCORDING
TO PLAT OF SURVEY FILED 09/06/2022 AS DOC.NO. 2023-3984,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
shall be and is hereby approved.
