Lots 409 through 415 in Galloway Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, except those
portions of said lots included in Parcel"I" per plat of survey recorded as Doc. No. 2022-23300.
Subject to(a)easements, servitudes, conditions, and restrictions of record; (b) general utility and
right-of-way easements serving the property; and (c) restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and
other applicable law. Further subject to possibility of reverter of title pursuant to Development Agreement
dated August 21, 2023.
Deed from Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
