RESOLUTION NO. 2023-549
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT
AGREEMENT WITH ALIGN ARCHITECTURE ON BEHALF
OF JSA DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW FOR A HANDICAP
RAMP TO BE INSTALLED IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY IN
FRONT OF 716 COMMERCIAL STREET, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Encroachment Agreement with Align Architecture on behalf of JSA Development to allow for
a handicap ramp to be installed in the right-of-way in front of 716 Commercial Street, and legally
described as follows:
THE NORTHWEST 2/3 OF LOT 2, BLOCK 9 OF THE ORIGINAL PLAT OF
WATERLOO WEST, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA
is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September 2023.
