BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated August 7, 2023, between BBP Development, LLC, for upgrading and renovation of an existing commercial building, with a minimum assessed value of$743,750.00, with rebates of 50 percent for five years, located at 2945 Airport Boulevard in the East Waterloo Unified TIF District, and legally described as follows: LOT NO.1 IN DEWARD FELCHER INDUSTRIAL PARK, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
