BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated August 21, 2023, between 3 Stooges, LLC and the City of Waterloo, for the construction of two 4,800 square foot commercial buildings, with a minimum assessed value of$500,000.00,and legally described as follows: LOTS 409 THROUGH 415 IN GALLOWAY ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, EXCEPT THOSE PORTIONS OF SAID LOTS INCLUDED IN PARCEL"I" PER PLAT OF SURVEY RECORDED AS DOC. NO. 2022-23300 is hereby approved. 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21'day of August 2023.
