BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated August 21,2023, between C&C Welding, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, for the construction of a new 10,000 square foot industrial building,with a minimum assessed value of$550,000.00, for property located near 1714 River Street, and legally described as follows: THAT PART OF PLATTED WEST 16TH STREET,LYING NORTHEASTERLY OF A LINE DRAWN BETWEEN THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 17, HAYES ADDITION AND THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 5, BLOCK 16,HAYES ADDITION,AND LYING SOUTHWESTERLY OF A LINE DRAWN BETWEEN THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 16, HAYES ADDITION, AND THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 5,BLOCK 16, HAYES ADDITION SUBJECT TO THE RETENTION OF AN ACCESS EASEMENT AND A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 16, HAYES ADDITION, OVER,UNDER, UPON,AND ACROSS THE SOUTHEASTERLY 50 FEET OF THE DESCRIBED PARCEL,AND ALSO SUBJECT TO THE RETENTION OF AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC WATER UTILITIES OVER,UNDER, UPON, AND ACROSS THE SOUTHEASTERLY 30 FEET OF THE NORTHWESTERLY 45 FEET OF THE SOUTHWESTERLY 25 FEET OF SAID PARCEL is hereby approved. 2.
