RESOLUTION NO. 2023-647 RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH DUSTIN ARENDS D/B/A ARENDS INVESTMENTS, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING HOME AT 3921 MIDWAY DRIVE AND CONSTRUCTION OF A DUPLEX ON THE PROPERTY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2023-566. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: That the Development Agreement dated October 16, 2023, between Dustin Arends d/b/a Arends Investments and the City of Waterloo, for the demolition of the existing home located at 3921 Midway Drive, and construction of a new duplex on the property, and legally described as follows: LOT NO. W-SEVENTY-SIX(W-76) IN "CEDARLOO PARK", IN BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA is hereby approved. 3. That Resolution No. 2023-566 is hereby rescinded in its entirety.
