RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO TO DEDICATE A FIFTEEN -FOOT PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE
OF LOT 6 OF WAGNER ROAD SUBDIVISION, IN THE "M-1"
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, LOCATED NORTH OF 3488
WAGNER ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the resolution approving a request by the City of Waterloo to dedicate a fifteen -foot public
utility easement along the south property line of Lot 6 of Wagner Road Subdivision, in the "M-1"
Light Industrial District, located north of 3488 Wagner Road, and legally described as follows:
AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY OVER, UNDER, UPON, AND
ACROSS THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF LOT 6, WAGNER ROAD SUBDIVISION,
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 2023.
