RESOLUTION APPROVING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH ELITE LIQUOR, 1309
LAFAYETTE STREET, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated March 22,
2010, in the amount of $1,500.00, in conjunction with settlement
of violation of tobacco laws, by and between Elite Liquor, 1309
Lafayette Street, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 2010.

RESOLUTION NO. 2010-216a
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2010
STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO.
772.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., for the
F.Y. 2010 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 772, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2010 Street
Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 772, which were
preliminarily approved on March 15, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 5,
2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2010 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract No. 772, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 2010.
