RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
REPLACEMENT OF T -HANGAR DOORS AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
for the Replacement of T -Hangar Doors at the Waterloo Regional
Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., for the
Replacement of T -Hangar Doors at the Waterloo Regional Airport,
which were preliminarily approved on March 15, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 5,
2010, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the Replacement of T -Hangar Doors at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 2010.

RESOLUTION NO. 2010-220
RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION
OF A STORM WATER DISCHARGE COVERED UNDER IOWA
NPDES GENERAL PERMIT NO. 2 AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Discontinuation of a Storm Water Discharge
covered under Iowa NPDES General Permit No. 2 in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2009 Riverview Recreational Trail, Contract No. 726, by
and between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 2010.
