RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
WATER WORKS, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 5, 2010, for Water Main
Replacement in City Contract F.Y. 2010 Street Reconstruction
Program, Contract No. 772, by and between the Waterloo Water
Works and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.

NOTES FOR THE DISASTER RECOVERY BUSINESS
RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts and Promissory Notes dated March 22, 2010, for
the Disaster Recovery Business Rental Assistance Program with the

by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
