RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM IOWA BRIDGE &
CULVERT, L.C. OF WASHINGTON, IOWA, FOR THE
F.Y. 2010 CEDAR PRAIRIE TRAIL BRIDGE REPAIRS,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT
NO. 764.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Iowa Bridge & Culvert, L.C. of Washington,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 2010 Prairie Trail Bridge Repairs, Contract
No. 764, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
5th day of April, 2010, together with the accompanying bond for
the faithful performance of said contract signed by Hartford Fire
Insurance Company of Hartford, Connecticut, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 2010.

RESOLUTION NO. 2010-226
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH RICKY JULSON AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated March 22, 2010, to
purchase the former Francis Grout School located at 330 Madison
Street, at a cost of $25,000.00, plus up to $2,000.00 in closing
and related costs, and legally described as follows:
330 Madison Street
Hillside Addition Waterloo Lots 1 thru 4 and Lots 15
thru 18 Block 6, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
by and between Ricky Julson of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
