RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
MICHAEL COOK AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated April 5, 2010, at a cost of $95.00
per acre for a total of $855.00 per year, to farm approximately 9
acres of land generally located between South View Drive and
Willow Street, north of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, by and
between Michael Cook of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 2010.

RESOLUTION NO. 2010-227
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH TCH WATERLOO, LLC AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated March 22, 2010, for any
improvements to the former Eagle Tannery building located at 4455
Remington Road, by and between TCH Waterloo, LLC of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 2010.
