y Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day
of November, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa,a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo,Iowa,to approve the request by
the City of Waterloo to vacate approxi-
mately 1.43 acres of excess right-of-way
along the south side of West San Maman
Drive between Bankers Boulevard and
Hurst Drive,legally described as follows:

Anyone who is interested may appear at

file written objection with the City Clerk,
WATERLOO IA 50703 City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date
set for said hearing.
