REALLOCATION OF CER-
TAIN UNSPENT PROCEEDS OF THE
GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SER-
IES 2022B, OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA, AND THE PUBLIC HEAR-
ING THEREON
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the
Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,will
hold a public hearing on the 6th day of
November 2023, at 5:30 P.M., in the
Waterloo, City of- Legals Council Chambers,City Hall,715 Mulber-
ry Street, Waterloo, Iowa, at which
meeting the Council proposes to take
Accounts Payable additional action for the reallocation of not
to exceed$300,000 of unspent proceeds
of the General Obligation Bonds, Series
715 MULBERRY ST. 2022B of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in
order to provide funds to pay costs of the
WATERLOO IA 50703 acquisition. construction, improvement
and equipping of city buildings and
facilities,including city hall.
Any person interested may appear at the
public hearing.either orally or in writing,
and be heard as to the reallocation of said
ORDER NUMBER 230654 proceeds of the Series 20226 Bonds for
the above purposes.
