RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AND
MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH DLG
INVESTMENTS, LLC, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
FORTY-STALL EMPLOYEE PARKING LOT, LOCATED
EAST OF 2459 GT DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Development Agreement dated October 16, 2023, between DLG Investments,
LLC and the City of Waterloo, for the construction of a forty-stall employee parking lot, located
east of 2459 GT Drive, and legally described as follows:
THE NORTH 126 FEET, EXCEPT THE EAST 95 FEET THEREOF, LOT 11,
NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 3, CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16`h day of October 2023.
