RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., FOR THE F.Y. 2010 CHAMBERLAIN
DEMOLITION PHASE 2, CONTRACT NO. 762.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director to prepare and file
plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
of cost, etc., for the F.Y. 2010 Chamberlain Demolition Phase 2,
Contract No. 762, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Community Planning and Development Director has
filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc., and the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc., be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd da of March, 2010.
