RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON AN
APPLICATION WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR COMMUNI'T'Y
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDS IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1,057,453.00, FOR FUNDING
SINGLE-FAMILY UNIT PRODUCTION NEW
CONSTRUCTION - ROUND #2 AS APRIL 19, 2010, AT
5:30 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m., on the 19th day of April, 2010,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application
with the Iowa Department of Economic Development for Community
Development Block Grant Supplemental Funds in the amount of
$1,057,453.00 for funding Single -Family Unit Production New
Construction - Round #2.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.

RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
F.Y. 2010 CHAMBERLAIN DEMOLITION PHASE 2,
CONTRACT NO. 762, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND
THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AS APRIL 12,
2010, AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 12th day of April, 2010, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
F.Y. 2010 Chamberlain Demolition Phase 2, Contract No. 762, in
the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
