RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH LEE
ROTTINGHAUS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 3, 2010, at a cost of $95.00
per acre with a yearly rental amount of $1,045.00, to farm
approximately 11 acres of land generally located along the west
side of Northeast Drive between Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and
Independence Avenue, by and between Lee Rottinghaus and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 2010.
