RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A
SCHEDULE OF FEES IN CONNECTION WITH CERTAIN
APPEALS PERMITTED WITH RESPECT TO THE STORM
WATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, Sections 8-4-12 and 8-4-16 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Waterloo provide for administrative fees in
connection with appeals permitted with respect to the Storm Water
Management Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo has not yet
established such fees, but desires now to do so.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council does hereby establish the
following schedule of administrative fees:
Appeal under § 8-4-12D $50.00
Appeal under § 8-4-16A $50.00
Section 2. The schedule of fees set forth above shall
become effective at the earliest date allowed by Iowa law and
shall continue in effect until amended by action of the City
Council.

RESOLUTION NO. 2010-319
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH LEE
ROTTINGHAUS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 3, 2010, at a cost of $145.00
per acre with a yearly rental amount of $9,715.00, to farm
approximately 67 acres of land generally located along the east
side of Northeast Drive between Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and
Independence Avenue, by and between Lee Rottinghaus and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
