RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT RELEASE WITH
CRAIG RITLAND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS AND
WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID SETTLEMENT -
RELEASE BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that the Settlement Release dated May 3, 2010, for the J7efferson
Street Brick Paver Replacement Work in conjunction with the F.Y.
2007 Riverloop Exposition Plaza, Phase I. Contract No. 721, by and
between Craig Ritland Landscape Architects and Waterloo
Development Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 2010.
