AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY
OF WATERLOO TO VACATE AN EXISTING FORTY-FIVE-
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTH
PROPERTY LINE OF LOT 6 OF WAGNER ROAD
SUBDIVISION IN THE "M-1" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT LOCATED NORTH OF 3488 WAGNER ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That an existing forty-five-foot utility easement along the south property line of Lot
6 of Wagner Road Subdivision in the "M-1" Light Industrial District located north of 3488 Wagner
Road, and legally described as follows:
THE 45-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT AS SHOWN ON LOT 6, WAGNER ROAD
SUBDIVISION, CITY OF WATERLOO,BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
