BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: That approximately 1.43 acres of excess right-of-way, located along the south side of West San Marnan Drive between Bankers Boulevard and Hurst Drive, and legally described as follows: OUTLOTS A, B, C, D, E AND F, SAN MARNAN BUSINESS PARK FIRST ADDITION, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY IOWA, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to easements and restrictions of record.
