RESOLUTION NO. 2023-699
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FORM OF CONTRACT FOR
ADVERTISING AGREEMENTS WITH WATERLOO
SPORTSPLEX.
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has recommended selling advertising space at
the SportsPlex building to enhance revenues, and
WHEREAS, the Sports/SportsPlex Committee made a recommendation to the Leisure
Services Commission as to the form of an agreement for said advertising, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Commission approved the form of proposed agreement
on October 10, 2023.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the form of contract for advertising agreements with the Waterloo
SportsPlex, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2023.
