RESOLUTION NO. 2023-701
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $14,300.00, FOR PREPARATION OF THE FY 2024
EPA BROWNFIELDS PROGRAM MULTIPURPOSE GRANT
APPLICATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with HR Green, in an amount not to exceed
$14,300.00, for preparation of the FY 2024 EPA Brownfields Program Multipurpose Grant
Application, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2023.
