RESOLUTION NO. 2023-702
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AECOM OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON JULY 18,
2022, TO AMEND THE COMPLETION DATE FROM
DECEMBER 31, 2023, TO APRIL 30, 2024, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2023 CIP PHASE IVA3, CONTRACT NO. 1063,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa,
originally executed on July 18, 2022, to amend the completion date from December 31, 2023, to
April 30, 2024, in conjunction with the FY 2023 CIP Phase IVA3, Contract No. 1063, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
