RESOLUTION NO. 2023-703
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH FEHR GRAHAM, IN AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED $6,500.00, TO COMPLETE A SURVEY FOR THE
CREATION OF TWO PARCELS AND TWO EASEMENT
DESCRIPTIONS ON THE TECHWORKS CAMPUS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with Fehr Graham, in an amount not to exceed
$6,500.00, to complete a survey for the creation of two parcels and two easement descriptions on
the TechWorks Campus, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2023.
