RESOLUTION NO. 2023-664
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DECLARATION OF GIFT TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE SIOUX, IOWA OF A
BACKHOE/LOADER AND SNOW PLOW BLADE.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, hereby desires and intends to make a
gift/donation of the property described below to the City of Little Sioux, Iowa:
1999 John Deere Backhoe/loader, Model 310SE. Serial Number:
T0310SE853955. (Includes loader bucket on the front, with smaller
digging bucket on the rear with a WB thumb).
Henke Snow plow blade (lower trip edge plow) Serial Number: 12377.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa is the sole owner of said property, and it is
distinctly understood that it is the purpose and intention to vest all the incidents of absolute
ownership of said property described above to the City of Little Sioux, Iowa, from this time
forward.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City of Waterloo, Iowa, as sole owner of said property, hereby makes a
gift/donation of the property described below to the City of Little Sioux, Iowa:

2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
