RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING POLICY FOR PURCHASING A 2024
CHEVY EQUINOX FOR THE GARAGE MOTOR POOL, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $27,342.60.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a 2024 Chevy Equinox for the Garage Motor Pool, in the amount of
$27,342.60, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2023.
