RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING POLICY FOR PURCHASING A 2024
CHEVY TAHOE FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $41,902.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a 2024 Chevy Tahoe for the Police Department, in the amount of
$41,902.00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2023.
