RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING POLICY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
HENDERSON SWAPLOADER AND PB LOADER ASPHALT
PATCHER FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$336,948.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a Henderson SwapLoader and PB Loader Asphalt Patcher for the Street
Department, in the amount of $336,948.00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2023.
