RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING POLICY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
UTILITY TRUCK FOR THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $51,502.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a Utility Truck for the Traffic Department, in the amount of $51,502.00,
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2023.
