RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
PURCHASING POLICY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 2024 CHEVY
EQUINOX FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$27,775.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a 2024 Chevy Equinox for Code Enforcement, in the amount of
$27,775.00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2023.
