BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Development Agreement dated November 6, 2023,between M&MB Legacy, LLC and the City of Waterloo, for the construction of a forty-stall employee parking lot, located south of 2330 GT Drive, and legally described as follows: LOT 14,NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 3, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, STATE OF IOWA is hereby approved. 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2023.
